Terms & Conditions

By booking or using any of our pest control services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1Services

  • Kiran Enterprises Pest Control Services provides professional pest control services including cockroach control, rodent control, bed bug control, mosquito control, termite control, ant control, wood borer control, and lizard control.
  • All services are performed by trained technicians using government-approved chemicals.
  • The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work required beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

2Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our enquiry form. Confirmation of your booking will be communicated by our team.
  • We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior service overruns may occur.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us as early as possible — see our Cancellation Policy below.

3Client Responsibilities

  • You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the treatment areas on the day of service.
  • All residents, children, pets, and sensitive individuals should vacate the premises for the duration advised by our technician.
  • Food, utensils, and consumables in the treatment area must be appropriately covered or stored before the service begins.
  • Any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed to our technician prior to treatment.
  • You must follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician for best results.

4Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless a prior arrangement has been agreed.
  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to revise prices with prior notice.
  • For Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) clients, payment terms are as specified in the individual contract agreement.

5Warranty & Re-Treatment

  • Most services include a warranty period as communicated at the time of booking. If the pest problem recurs within the warranty period, we will re-treat at no additional charge.
  • The warranty is void if post-treatment instructions are not followed, if the premises are not maintained hygienically, or if new infestations occur due to external sources.
  • Warranty does not apply to one-time spot treatments or services where the infestation was only partially accessible during treatment.

6Limitation of Liability

  • We will not be liable for damage to property, health conditions, or loss arising from failure to follow our pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • We are not responsible for pest re-infestation arising from structural defects, poor sanitation, or neighbouring infestations beyond our control.
  • Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the highest quality pest control services. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

1Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund may be considered if our technician fails to arrive after a confirmed booking with no prior notice or reschedule offer from our side.
  • If a service was charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), a full refund of the erroneous amount will be issued.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services where the client has not followed post-treatment care instructions, resulting in re-infestation.

2Re-Treatment Instead of Refund

  • For pest problems that recur within the warranty period, our default remedy is a free re-treatment — not a cash refund.
  • This ensures the pest issue is resolved effectively rather than simply refunded.

3How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your booking date and a clear description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services that have been fully rendered and completed as agreed.
  • Situations where post-treatment instructions were not followed by the client.
  • Re-infestation caused by external sources, structural issues, or poor sanitation after treatment.
  • Advance payments for AMC contracts after the first service has been delivered.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms below.

1Cancellation by Client

  • With reasonable notice: Cancel at no charge by contacting us as early as possible before your appointment.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: A cancellation fee may apply to cover technician scheduling costs — this will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with reasonable advance notice.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

4Cancellation by Us

  • In rare cases (technician illness, emergency, severe weather), we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available slot at no additional charge.

2Chemical Safety

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health conditions arising from failure to disclose pre-existing medical conditions prior to treatment.
  • Always follow the post-treatment safety instructions provided by our technician.
